How to Create Your Vision of Your Relationship In The Future

I am a couple therapist and I have created The Life Vision Challenge. The Life Vision Challenge is a commitment on the part of each client to choose a single thing that they want to accomplish by the end of the year. We use a lot of words like “can be,” “will be,” “must be,” and “ought to be.” These words are not important. What matters is that you choose to focus on the single thing that you want to accomplish. We challenge you to set aside 30 days of uninterrupted time each week to work on your life vision. You can use this time to do anything you want; it is not limited to that specific project. For example, you could work on becoming an Internet entrepreneur or writing a book, or working on your passion project or working on any aspect of your life that inspires you.

We look at the year as one integrated effort. So, we have the whole year to work on our single thing. There is no pressure to accomplish it all in one year. However, if you choose to do it all, we encourage you to commit to working on it all during the whole year. We want you to work on the single thing that matters the most to you.

After you have your life vision, you can look for ways to achieve it. Start by doing the things that inspire you to see yourself accomplishing your life vision. These things could be self-talk such as I am a great person, or I can earn a living, I am intelligent, I can be successful, I can be happy. These are basic self-talk. Now look for things in your environment that are working for you. These could be opportunities in your career, family, or relationship that is working for you. These are some things we look for in our clients. The important thing is that it is something that is working for you. After you find these empowering environment, follow them by doing what works for you. You will be surprised how easy it will become to write your life vision statement and work towards it.

Once you have your empowering environment, and you have identified what works for you, then you can start your empowering process. This is when you begin to put things into motion that will move you toward your vision statement. Here you need to begin to take action. The action you take now may not be the action you take later on. It is important to do the action you take now because it is likely that it will lead you toward your goal. Once you have your action planned out, it is time for you to visualize yourself achieving your life vision. You can easily create your vision statement either through visualizing or writing your vision statement. Use words that inspire you to create a vision statement. These words can be whatever you want.

You should keep track of your progress on your vision statement. Maybe with help from a couple therapist (parterapeut). You should take note of your progress and compare it to your progress on your empowering environment.

Keep track of your progress so you can see how you are moving toward your vision statement. Visualizing and writing your vision statement is a surefire way to put things into motion. The things you are going to do you will often take notes about it. After you have created your vision statement, write it down on a piece of paper. Also write down your empowering environment. You must also keep track of the things that move you toward your vision statement. You must also be able to take notes about these things. Make sure that you keep track of your vision statement and your empowering environment. If you do not keep track of these, you will never know that you need to adjust your environment. Your vision statement will begin to drift away if you do not keep track of these things. You must keep track of these things.

Your vision statement and empowering environment is a set of rules that you will follow that will allow you to create your vision statement and your environment. The first piece of your empowering environment is what you will read and analyze from the moment you wake up in the morning until you go to bed. As you are walking into your work place, you will analyze what it is that you need to focus on while you are working. Always take notes. Take notes about what you are doing, what you are seeing, what you are doing while you are performing your duties.

Your empowering environment is a set of guidelines that you will follow while you are working that will allow you to create your vision statement and your environment. You must study your environment so you will know where you are, who you are working with, what your work environment is. Before you go to sleep at night, you must be aware of your environment. Always take notes. Take notes about what you are experiencing, about how you are feeling, about what you are seeing, about what your work environment is.

Finally, to create your vision statement and your environment you must understand the purpose of your vision statement. Maybe with a couple therapist. The purpose of your vision statement is to tell yourself exactly what it is that you want your life to be like. This is a very important guideline because sometimes we are unaware of the reasons why we have come to the state that we have. Take time to really think about your vision statement. Create the vision of what you want your life to be like. This is something that you must do on a regular basis.
